Reflection Free Coatings
Anti-reflection coatings improve the transmission of spectacle lenses from a maximum for an untreated lens of 92% to more than 99% over the visible spectrum. Once applied you will be able to see why they are called Reflection Free lenses!

Siltint provides a wide range of anti-reflection coatings which can be applied to customer's own lenses or provided complete with lenses from our "Supply & Coat" service. Our coatings can be applied to plastic, polycarbonate and glass lenses.

Colour Coatings
Cosmetic colour can be applied to plastic, polycarbonate and glass lenses either by using a high vacuum process or by dying the lenses. Colour can often be combined with ultra violet protection and special filters are also available to help certain eye conditions.

Mirror Coatings
Mirror coatings in a number of different colours can be applied to prescription lenses so you can be fashionable even if you need spectacles!
