Siltint is offering an enhanced precision thin film coating capability. This has been made possible with the latest installation of sophisticated optical monitoring and development in optimised plasma ion assisted deposition.
A run to run repeatability of less than +/-3nm is possible with the new OMS3000 system. This installation onto Siltints advanced plasma source equipt Leybold APS1104 deposition system will allow stable production of high precision filters. |
